Prescriptions
Order repeat medicines, collect them from your pharmacy, and keep your reviews up to date.
Order a repeat prescription
The easiest ways to order are:
- your NHS account, through the NHS App or the NHS website
- our online services
- Any other ways the practice accepts requests, such as email, post or a drop-in slip
Practice rules on ordering, for example whether requests are accepted by phone.
Collecting your prescription
You can usually collect your prescription number working days after you order it, from the pharmacy you have chosen. This is called your nominated pharmacy. You can change it at any time in the app or website you use to order, or at any pharmacy that accepts repeat prescriptions.
Urgent medicines when we are closed
If you need medication urgently outside our opening hours, you can request an emergency supply through 111 online, even if you are away from home.
